Established in 1913, our hospital has consistently aimed to serve the community with a comprehensive array of inpatient and outpatient services. What began as a modest 15-bed facility has evolved into a robust 142-bed hospital.

Our Emergency Department handles over 49,000 visits annually and is supported by full specialty backup along with 24-hour hospitalist coverage. We provide up to quadruple provider coverage daily, complemented by an additional staffed fast track area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care within a well-established community hospital.
• Maintain a patient-centric approach to ensure the highest quality of service and care.
• Collaborate with a team of passionate physicians, advanced practitioners, and skilled nursing and support staff.
• Engage in cross-functional teamwork with hospitalists and various specialties.
• Benefit from up to quadruple provider coverage each day, along with a staffed fast track area.
• Work approximately 28-30 hours per week.
• Enjoy an employed position with a competitive base salary starting at $300,000+, based on experience.
• Experience a mix of day and evening shifts, including 1-2 overnight shifts and 4 weekend days each month.
• Participate in overlapping 8-9 hour shifts.

Qualifications:

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Emergency Medicine.
• Possess a current medical license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Salary Range:

$259,883.61 - $415,813.77
