  • Night Shift (7 PM – 7 AM):<\/b> 1 nocturnist physician + 1 APP

  • ~55 patients per day<\/b> (moderate to high volume)
    <\/li>
  • ~11 daily admissions<\/b>
    <\/li>
  • Robust referral base including ED visits, direct admits, and regional transfers
