As a medical director at USACS, you will be responsible for collaborating with the hospital and nursing leadership while offering support to your Physician staff. You will serve as a leader both within the emergency department and across the organization. Career Details
- Oversee the operations of the ED in collaboration with nursing leadership and hospital administration
- Supervise the EM staff, per the bylaws, policies and procedures of the institution
- Represent the ED in the community and within the hospital medical staff
- This position will serve as the Department Chair of UM Capital Region which also includes UM Bowie Health Center (FSED) and UM Laurel Medical Center (FSED)
- Must have a minimum of 5 years leadership experience
- Must be Emergency Medicine residency trained
- Excellent compensation package with an estimated employed W-2 range of $200/hour to $276/hour PLUS, industry-leading benefits. Additional leadership stipend included.
