This position requires:
- Educational background in Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine with relevant ED experience.
- Expertise in providing emergency medical care with 12-hour rotating shifts.
- Strong collaborative skills to work with hospital administration on enhancing quality and operational metrics.
- Management of a 15,000 annual visit emergency department and ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Holding certifications such as ATLS, ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
