We’re adding an Emergency Medicine Assistant Medical Director to our team at Houston Methodist Clear Lake Hospital in Houston, Texas.

What your leadership role will look like:

You’ll work closely with emergency medicine physicians, hospital leadership, and operational teams to support clinical quality, physician engagement, and day-to-day department operations. This role combines bedside emergency medicine practice with leadership responsibilities focused on maintaining efficient workflows, supporting physician teams, and driving high-quality patient care within a busy, high-acuity environment.
