Emergency Department Profile- Annual ED patient volume: approximately 50,000+
- 36-bed ED with excellent specialty backup
- EPIC EMR

What You'll Do- Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients of all ages in the emergency department
- Collaborate with attending emergency medicine physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, I&Ds, and more (as credentialed)
- Participate in patient flow optimization, quality initiatives, and patient-centered care
- Deliver compassionate, efficient, evidence-based emergency care
Qualifications- Active Alabama NP or PA license (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years of emergency medicine or urgent care experience strongly preferred
- ACLS, PALS required; ATLS preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently with physician support
- Commitment to high-quality, team-based emergency care
