Salary information: The annualized salary ranges below represent hiring guidelines. DornerWorks considers multiple factors when determining base compensation including experience and specialization of skills. Early career engineer: $62,000 - $95,000 Mid – level career engineer: $95,000 - $118,000 Advanced career engineer: $118,000 - $156,000 DornerWorks’ employees enjoy our strong commitment to work-life integrations with 40-hour work weeks, a remote/hybrid work environment and many other work-life integration perks.
