We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Email Developer & Designer (2–5 years of experience) to bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution. In this role, you will build responsive, high-performing email campaigns, manage end-to-end development in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate our line-of-business (LOB) strategies.

Email Development: Code and develop highly responsive, technically accurate HTML/CSS email templates utilizing industry best practices.
Platform Execution: Build, test, and deploy assets within SFMC Content Builder (or similar Enterprise Service Providers), including maintaining platform-specific code snippets.
Creative Collaboration: Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies to translate design concepts into functional, high-converting email experiences.
Strategic Alignment: Learn and align execution with broader company and LOB strategies, acting as a proactive subject matter expert to influence campaign decisions.
Project Management: Simultaneously manage multiple fast-paced projects, taking ownership of technical accuracy, troubleshooting, and meeting tight deadlines.
Cross-Functional Communication: Effectively present ideas and collaborate with business partners, creative teams, and technical engineers to optimize channel strategy.
Experience: 2–5 years of dedicated experience in an email marketing, development, or design role.
Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of hand-coded HTML and CSS, with strong hands-on experience using Figma and Mac-based Dreamweaver.
Testing & Optimization: Deep understanding of email rendering quirks across mobile devices, webmail, and desktop clients using tools like Litmus Builder and Movable Ink.
Design Sensibility: Solid foundation in email-specific UI/UX, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
Core Competencies: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, self-manage concurrent deadlines, and maintain accountability for the technical precision of your work.
