IDR is seeking an Email Campaign Specialist to join one of our top clients in Brentwood, TN. This role is integral to supporting marketing automation initiatives within a large enterprise, focusing on campaign execution and platform migration efforts in a highly innovative environment.

Position Overview for the Email Campaign Specialist:

  • Support the execution of personalized email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail campaigns for a customer base of over 40 million.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, IT Marketing, Analytics, and Creative to fulfill campaign requirements.
  • Assist with the migration of campaigns between marketing platforms such as Adobe Campaign and Zeta Marketing Cloud.
  • Manage project timelines and tasks in tools like Asana, Jira, or Wrike to ensure timely delivery.
  • Leverage marketing segmentation strategies to develop effective automation workflows and optimize campaign performance.

Requirements for the Email Campaign Specialist:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing automation or campaign management.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.
  • Experience with project management tools like Asana, Workfront, Wrike, or Jira.
  • Strong understanding of marketing campaign workflows from planning to execution.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience with SQL
