The Rollfed Operator is responsible for preparation, set-up, start and running manufacturing equipment under the guidance of the Production Shift Leader. Accountabilities also include ensuring that jobs meet quality specifications, manufacturing standards and that safety procedures are followed while working to continuously improve quality and productivity of manufacturing operations.

Work Environment Conditions:
Inside (other): Good Manufacturing Procedures/American Institute of Bakers certified manufacturing environment
Equipment/Tools Used:
Thermoforming equipment, computers, controls, measurement equipment, pallet jacks, hand tools
Physical Requirements: Light work (lift 10 lbs): continuously – product & hand tools
Medium Work (lift 11-30 lbs.) regularly – product & hand tools Heavy Work (lift 31-50 lbs.) occasionally – (three to four times per shift): rolls of material (using material handling equipment) Other Physical Requirements: Bending, stooping, climbing, reaching, twisting, standing for long periods of time Mental Requirements Reading, writing, calculating, interpersonal skills, reasoning/analysis, works with minimal supervision
