The Role
You'll be responsible for:

Taking warm inbound calls

Understanding each client's tax situation

Present appropriate solutions clearly and confidently

Handling objections in a consultative way

Drive the conversation and close deals
This is a structured, high-volume sales environment built around real conversations.

Compensation

15% commission on all revenue generated

Paid training provided
Typical earnings:

$7,000 – $13,000/month average performers

1–2+ years of phone-based sales experience (required)
