Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on closing deals and helping clients find real solutions? Guardian Tax is growing, and we're looking for confident, motivated Sales Closers to join our high-performing team in Chandler.

This is a 100% inbound sales role—no cold calling. Every lead comes from individuals who have already reached out for help resolving IRS and tax debt issues. Your role is to build trust, understand each client's situation, present the right solution, and confidently guide them toward the best path forward.

What You'll Do

• Handle warm inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief assistance
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand each client's situation
• Address objections and guide clients through the decision-making process
• Maintain follow-up with prospects and manage your sales pipeline
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals

Requirements

• 1–2 years of phone sales experience required
• Proven ability to overcome objections and close sales
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to build trust and rapport quickly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Coachable, professional, and motivated to succeed

Schedule

Location: Chandler, AZ (In-Office)

Hours:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday per month
