Elite Sales Closer – Tax Relief

Guardian Tax is growing quickly and looking for competitive, motivated sales professionals who excel at building trust, running effective conversations, and closing with confidence.

This is a true inbound sales role—no cold calling, no door-to-door, no prospecting. Every call comes from individuals who have already reached out for help with serious tax issues. Your focus is simple: connect, consult, and close.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions
• Build trust quickly and guide productive conversations
• Understand each client's situation and present appropriate solutions
• Address objections with professionalism and confidence
• Close deals and manage follow-up as needed
• Stay consistent in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Compensation & Earnings

• 15% commission on closed deals
• Average earnings: $7,000–$13,000 per month
• Top performers earn $15,000+ per month
• Daily, weekly, and monthly bonus opportunities

Requirements

• 1+ year of phone sales experience required 
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Ability to handle objections and guide conversations effectively
• Comfortable in a high-volume call environment
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and coachable

Location & Schedule

Location: Chandler, AZ (In-Office)

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday per month
