Elite Producer- Insurance Closing Specialist (Fully Remote)

We're expanding and looking for a high-level Elite Producer- Insurance Closing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, lead-driven environment.

We have offices in Plainview NY and Irmo SC. In-office and remote opportunities available for the right candidate.

Understands lead velocity + follow-up

Wants to earn top-tier uncapped commission

This is for someone hungry, not someone looking to just get by.

Salary Range: $45000.00 - $115000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

What Youll Do

Take live transfer inbound calls and quote new business

Work real-time internet/data leads (no lists, no cold spam)

Use Ricochet CRM to track and manage lead flow

Follow a proven sales process.

Close business and get paid simple.

Have experience working leads.

Have a track record of being a top performer.

Have a P&C License or Personal Lines License.
