The Position
Outpatient Primary Care Clinic
Private concierge clinic that is not open to the public
Providing general healthcare to agriculture employees and their family members
Provider may be required to attend field event services when requested by the client
Responsible for seeing all scheduled and walk-in patients each day (approximately 8 to 15 patients daily).
Prescribe medications and treatments based on patient needs and in accordance with practice guidelines.
Part time working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9a - 6p with 1 hour lunch
No after hours work
No Call
Must have an active California Nurse Practitioner License and be Board Certified.
Must have or be able to obtain an active Furnishing License and DEA registration within 120 days of hire.
Must have or be able to obtain BLS Certification within 10 days of hire.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
Must be or become proficient in utilizing medical equipment and technology relevant to the role (e.g., DME, EMR (eClinicalWorks), etc.).
Compensation and benefits
Hourly wage of $85 - $90 DOE
$5,000 sign on bonus after completion of 90 days
