We are currently seeking exceptional overnight caregivers for Part‑Time and PRN positions in Mt. Juliet who value professionalism, compassion, and high‑quality care.

Candidates should be comfortable providing care exclusively within the Mt. Juliet area.
Shift & Schedule
Overnight Shift:
11:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Scheduling Options
- Overnight shifts only
- PRN (as needed)
- Part‑Time availability
Professional reliability and consistency are required for all schedules.
Role
Elite Care Specialist (Overnight | Part‑Time / PRN)
Provide high‑quality, client‑focused overnight in‑home care while supporting safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, concierge‑level in‑home care
- Provide overnight supervision and client safety monitoring
- Assist with ADLs and mobility as needed
- Offer calm companionship and reassurance
- Observe, monitor, and report changes in client condition
- Maintain accurate, real‑time documentation
- Ensure a respectful, safe, and supportive home environment
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members
- Uphold Matriarch's standards of excellence, confidentiality, and courtesy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year caregiving, CNA, home care, or related experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Compassionate, patient, and detail‑oriented
- Ability to work independently in client homes
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable with overnight responsibilities
