MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Associate degree and 3-5 years of related work experience OR 5-8 years of related work experience in lieu of degree
- Successfully complete a background investigation

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The listed examples may not include all the duties performed by all positions in this class.
- To determine initial eligibility for financial assistance programs and perform a variety of tasks related to eligibility and grant determination.
- To service ongoing public assistance caseload, in order that appropriate services be given to clients.
- To perform required administrative tasks with agency standards and expectations. To include case file documentation on State Computer System, correspondence between clients, agencies, DHS and the community and prepare client request for and be involved with agency appeals.
Other duties as assigned
