Job Summary

Christopher Lee Structures is hiring an Elevator Sales Representative to develop new business and manage client relationships across the Hilton Head region. This role focuses on identifying project opportunities, consulting with clients on vertical transportation solutions, and closing sales for installation and modernization services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory (commercial properties, residential developments, contractors, and property managers)
• Build long-term relationships with clients and industry partners
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and recommend appropriate elevator solutions
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and project timelines based on client needs
• Negotiate contracts and close sales in alignment with company goals
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Track all sales activity and customer interactions in CRM
• Collaborate with operations and installation teams to support project execution
• Provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction after project completion

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience; construction, building systems, or capital equipment sales preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage a territory and work independently
• Experience using CRM systems
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for client meetings

Compensation

• Competitive commission-based structure with the potential to make $150,000+ depending on performance.
