The Stroud Public Schools offers a strong salary package that includes:
a pay scale approximately $10,000 above state base for teachers
an annuity program providing up to $300 per year in matching funds for the employee
an unused leave bonus program worth up to $300 per year
Academic Performance Incentive Program
December bonus program based on year to year financial condition of the District.
