Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing, student-centered educator who will play a vital role in delivering rigorous, evidence-based instruction and supporting student success within a specialized learning environment. Student Support & Compliance Responsibilities
Implement instructional accommodations (not write IEPs) and supports aligned to IEPs, 504 Plans, and intervention plans.
Collaborate with SPED staff, interventionists, and leadership to support student needs
Maintain accurate documentation as required for student services and compliance
Participate in meetings related to student progress and support plans, as needed
Schedule: Monday-Friday (schedule aligns to local school district calendar)
Education: Bachelor's degree required
Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching preferred, but not required for strong candidates
Certification: Teaching certification preferred OR eligibility to obtain certification within 12 months
