The Gillett School District is seeking to hire a dedicated Reading Interventionist/Reading Specialist to support student literacy development across grade levels. Ideal candidates will hold a valid 316 Reading Teacher license, or be willing to obtain one under emergency licensing provisions. Candidates with a 317 Reading Specialist license are strongly preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Valid 316 Reading Teacher license or eligibility under emergency licensing rules

  • 317 Reading Specialist license preferred

  • Experience with Act 20 rules and regulations preferred

  • Strong collaboration skills and a passion for student literacy growth
