Position:
The Evesham Township School District is seeking a School Behaviorist to serve as the district EIRS/MTSS Coach in a tenure track position.
Locations: Approximately 3 Elementary Schools
Qualifications:
Valid N.J. Ed. Services Certificate with endorsement as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Experience working in a school setting with elementary-aged children required.
Knowledge of the Multi-Tiered System of Support Model, pyramid model, preferred.
Successful experience supporting teachers in social, emotional, and behavioral practices.
Ability to work together with other members of Elementary Intervention and Referral Team (EIRT) in order to develop and implement appropriate approaches and strategies for identified student needs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience planning and delivering high-quality professional development.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with all stakeholders.
Reports to: Director of Curriculum and Instruction
Start Date: August 31, 2026
Salary and Benefits: According to the ETEA collective bargaining agreement
