Rosebud-Lott ISD is seeking a caring and dependable Elementary Instructional Aide to support teachers and students in creating a positive and successful learning environment. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with children, be patient and encouraging, and work collaboratively with campus staff to support student learning and daily classroom activities.
Responsibilities may include assisting with small group instruction, classroom organization, student supervision, and providing additional support to help meet the academic and social needs of students. The candidate should be flexible, team-oriented, and committed to helping students grow and succeed.
