Description
McCurtain Public Schools is seeking a passionate, student-centered educator to join our team as an Elementary Education or Early Childhood Education Teacher for the upcoming school year. We are proud of our strong community, supportive staff, and commitment to student success. McCurtain is a rural public school in Haskell County. We have small class sizes. We are looking for someone motivated and willing to jump in and help teach students.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or Early Childhood Education
Valid Oklahoma Teaching Certificate (or ability to obtain) Preferred Qualifications Strong classroom management and instructional skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Passion for working with young learners
Experience in elementary or early childhood settings
Knowledge of evidence-based instructional strategies
