Registered Nurse Home Care Coordinator (RN)

The Position: We are looking for a full-time Registered Nurse Home Care Coordinator (RN) to provide care to patients in their homes in the Lowell, MA area. The client offers the following compensation package:

• $93k- $100k Salary Based on Experience

Responsibilities:

• Monday- Friday
• 8:00am- 4:00pm
• No Nights
• No Weekends
• Responsible For Helping Patients Establish Services
• See Patient in Their Home, Complete Admin From The Clinic
• If No Home Care Coordination Patients Are to be Seen, RN Will Help in the Clinic
• Periodically Check in to Make Sure Appropriate Services Are Still in Place
• Extremely Limited On Call- Every 12-14 Weeks

Requirements:

• MA RN Licensed
• New Grads Welcome
• Covid Vaccination Required
• CPR Certified
• Works With Team of Nurses
• Build Strong Relationships With Participants
• Must Have Great Communication Skills
