As our Electrostatic Powder Coating Specialist, you’ll transform prepared metal parts into durable, customer-ready products.
What you’ll handle
- Run powder coating spray booths and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prep parts for finishing—cleaning, masking, and staging to spec.
- Apply powder evenly to achieve required coverage and finish per customer requirements.
- Oversee cure cycles in the oven and verify quality at each step.
- Keep a tidy, safe workspace and follow all safety procedures.
- Coordinate with teammates and supervisors to meet production targets.
What you bring
- Prior powder coating experience preferred, not required.
- Comfort working on your feet and lifting in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- Reliable teammate with a solid work ethic.

Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
- Friday: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm
- Optional overtime shift: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
