We are seeking a talented Electrophysiology Physician Assistant to support our Level IV Trauma Center, delivering exceptional patient care across a diverse population. Required Skills:

  • Graduate of an accredited PA program
  • Board Certification in Physician Assistant Studies
  • Valid state licensure
  • Current DEA certification
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Strong understanding of electrophysiology procedures and protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assist with consults, patient consent, MRI device programming, and tilt table tests
  • Ability to manage a high patient volume efficiently

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Prior experience in electrophysiology or cardiology
  • Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
  • Proficiency in handling complex procedures and patient education
  • Experience working in a trauma or high-acuity setting

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s degree or higher in Physician Assistant Studies
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience, preferably in cardiology or electrophysiology

Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to obtain necessary licensure and certifications if not already held
  • Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Willingness to travel as needed (full travel paid, including flights, hotel, rental car)
  • Credentialing process estimated at 60 days

Our compensation package includes a highly competitive hourly rate of $152.10, with overtime pay at 1.2x after 10 hours per day, and premium pay on major holidays.
