Electrophysiology Physician Assistant
WellSpan Chambersburg Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrophysiology Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to advanced cardiac care in a collaborative environment.
Position Details:
- Start Date: 09/01/2026
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexible)
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week, Day shifts (4x10-hour shifts)
- Patient Load: Approximately 18 patients per day, aged 18-100
- Department: Intervention/Electrophysiology
- EMR System: EPIC
- Hospital Bed Size: 270
- Support Staff: 1 assigned clinical team
Procedures & Skills Required:
- Support in procedures such as Pacemaker and ICD implantations, Loop recorder implants/explants, and Ablations (AVN, SVT, AFLUTTER)
- Experience in Interventional Cardiology (R/LHC, PCI, Balloon Angioplasty, Balloon Pump)
- Board Certified NP or PA with appropriate licensure and DEA
- Certifications: ACLS/BLS
- Minimum Experience: Prior experience in Cardiology/Interventional/Electrophysiology preferred
- Additional Requirements: Credentialing completed within 90 days; temps available with a clean file
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $140.42
