This individual will oversee new test development initiatives, support manufacturing operations, and establish the long-term roadmap for test technologies, equipment, and engineering capabilities. Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Test Engineers, Product Engineers, technicians, and support personnel.
  • Manage semiconductor and electronic component test development projects from concept through production release.
  • Oversee test planning, characterization, failure analysis, debugging, and validation activities.
  • Develop and implement test methodologies, documentation, processes, specifications, and hardware solutions.
  • Drive improvements in manufacturing yield, throughput, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Establish strategic roadmaps for automated test equipment (ATE), test capabilities, and departmental growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, operations, sales, and customer support teams.
  • Manage resource allocation, project schedules, budgets, and performance objectives.
  • Partner with suppliers and equipment vendors to evaluate and implement emerging test technologies.
  • Communicate project status, technical findings, and recommendations to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Profile

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 10+ years of test engineering experience within electronics, semiconductor, or related manufacturing environments.
  • 5+ years of engineering leadership experience managing teams and complex technical projects.
  • Strong expertise in analog, digital, mixed-signal, and/or memory testing methodologies.
  • Experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE), product characterization, yield improvement, and failure analysis.
  • Proven ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing engineering teams.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Must be eligible to work in positions subject to U.S. export control regulations.
