We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex manufacturing programs in a fast-paced, high-reliability environment. This role requires strong leadership, customer-facing experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across cost, quality, and schedule.

You will act as the central point of coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring programs are executed efficiently and customer expectations are consistently met.

Description

Responsibilities:

  • Own full program lifecycle including budget management, forecasting, and financial performance
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing communication and issue resolution
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across engineering, production, supply chain, and quality
  • Drive new product introductions (NPI) and ongoing production activities
  • Monitor and manage costing, inventory, and material flow
  • Identify risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies
  • Track and report on program performance metrics
  • Support quoting efforts and business growth initiatives with existing customers
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Participate in audits and support compliance requirements

Profile

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of program management experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong experience working in complex assembly or high-volume production settings
  • Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of owning program financials and operational performance
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and ability to drive accountability across teams
