Electronics Rework Technician (BGA / PCBA)

Schedule:Full-Time | 1st Shift
Pay:$30.00 - $35.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Overview
We arehiring immediatelyfor anElectronics Rework Technicianto supportPCBA production and RMA repairin a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.
This role focuses onBGA and SMT rework, including component removal, replacement, re-soldering, and inspection. Candidates with hands-on electronics rework or SMT/BGA experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
- PerformBGA and PCBA reworkon production and RMA assemblies
- Remove and replaceBGA, QFN, LGA, and other SMT components
- Operate and supportBGA/PCBA rework stations(SRT, AirVac, or similar)
- Conduct visual, microscope, andX-ray inspectionsafter rework
- Document rework activity in theManufacturing Execution System (MES)
- Request replacement parts from stockroom using approved processes
- FollowESD, safety, and quality standardsat all times
- Assist with additional rework or production tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with BGA or SMT reworkin an electronics manufacturing environment
- Familiarity withsoldering, solder paste, flux, and reflow processes
- Experience usingrework or inspection equipment(training provided if needed)
- Understanding ofESD practices and quality procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions
?BGA-specific experience preferred, but strong SMT/PCBA rework candidates will be considered
Education & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent industry experience
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to communicate effectively inEnglish
