Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations and production activities across the facility.
  • Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer demand and operational targets.
  • Monitor manufacturing performance, quality metrics, and process efficiency improvements.
  • Lead, mentor, and support multiple production supervisors and manufacturing teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and operational procedures.
  • Analyze production data to identify cost savings and process improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, logistics, and other operational departments.
  • Report production performance, challenges, and operational updates to senior leadership.
  • Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to increase profitability and operational effectiveness.

Profile

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 10+ years of manufacturing or production leadership experience in a similar environment.
  • Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, improve operational performance, and manage production processes.
  • Experience analyzing manufacturing data and implementing process improvements.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
