About the Role

Guide technicians and new hires in the fundamentals of electronics assembly. You’ll coordinate hands-on training, coach to best practices, and support a learning culture across the shop floor.

A Day in the Role

• Facilitate practical sessions on precise soldering techniques.
• Demonstrate methods for basic electrical troubleshooting and fault isolation.
• Model safe, efficient mechanical assembly practices.
• Coordinate onboarding, cross-training, and small-group workshops.
• Reinforce shop math essentials used in measurements and part counts.
• Help learners interpret blueprints, schematics, and simple drawings.

What You Bring

• Proficiency in soldering.

• Strong mechanical assembly skills.
• Experience recruiting and training.
