Electronics Engineer.

DutiesServes as Device Engineer as a key member in the Modeling and Simulation team in support of the DMEA Foundry team.Responsible for the design and optimization of TCAD device simulations to accurately represent next generation SiC and/or Si power device behavior and performance.Responsible for executing device testing and characterization to ensure device operation. Performs measurements with semiconductor device parameter analyzers and semi‑automated wafer probe systems, LCR meters, oscilloscopes, etc.Measures semiconductor devices at wafer‑level or package‑level to verify electrical behavior and extract key performance parameters.Assists the lead Process Control Monitoring (PCM) engineer to verify PCM test structure electrical behavior.Assists in the design of PCM test structures to validate process/device performance and monitor process stability using Cadence Virtuoso for design/layout activities.Identifies device requirements and key system performance parameters to analyze results from electrical/reliability testing and provides feedback to the Foundry team.Requirements – Conditions of EmploymentMust be a U.S. CitizenSelective Service requirements apply.
