Electronics Assembler (Entry-Level)

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electronics Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This entry-level position is responsible for assembling electronic components and products according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications. The ideal candidate is reliable, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and finished products following established procedures and work instructions.
- Perform basic wiring, soldering, crimping, and mechanical assembly tasks as required.
- Read and follow assembly drawings, diagrams, bills of materials, and production instructions.
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, or assembly discrepancies.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Follow company quality standards, safety procedures, and manufacturing guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and deadlines.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements- Ability to sit, stand, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment.
