    Electronics Assembler (Entry-Level)
    Job Type: Full-Time

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electronics Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This entry-level position is responsible for assembling electronic components and products according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications. The ideal candidate is reliable, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.
    Key Responsibilities

    • Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and finished products following established procedures and work instructions.
    • Perform basic wiring, soldering, crimping, and mechanical assembly tasks as required.
    • Read and follow assembly drawings, diagrams, bills of materials, and production instructions.
    • Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
    • Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, or assembly discrepancies.
    • Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively.
    • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
    • Follow company quality standards, safety procedures, and manufacturing guidelines.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
    • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and deadlines.
    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
    • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Good communication and organizational skills.
    Physical Requirements
    • Ability to sit, stand, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
    • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds as needed.
    • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
    • Ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment.
