Responsibilities
Arcfield is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer / Platform Engineering Lead to support the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Newport Code 34 Electronic Surveillance (ES) Program Office and NAVSEA PMS435 initiatives. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership and systems engineering expertise supporting submarine Electronic Surveillance systems throughout the acquisition, integration, testing, modernization, and new construction lifecycle for Virginia, Columbia, Seawolf, Los Angeles, Ohio, and SSGN-class platforms.
The selected candidate will serve as a key interface between Government program offices, shipbuilders, engineering teams, and industry partners to ensure successful delivery of mission-critical undersea warfare capabilities.

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
