Job Description:
For 60 years, customers have turned to L3Harris capabilities in Electronic Warfare (EW), Electronic Support Measures (ESM) and Electronic Intelligents (ELINT) to dominate the electromagnetic spectrum. We provide the knowledge, technology, and techniques needed for mission success against threats across air, land and sea domains. We have and continue to deliver high-performing EW, ESM and ELINT systems that meet/exceed the performance, cost, schedule needs of our military customers. And, best of all, we're looking to grow our team! We're looking for Systems Engineers to help us design, develop, integrate, test innovative electronic system solutions to our customers and support their on-going operations.
The ideal candidate would demonstrate expertise in RF systems, RF technology, and algorithms (linear and non-linear) to enable new RF products, services, and RF business development for government customers and programs. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Seattle, Washington D.C., Maryland Greater Washington D.C. area, the city of Denver, Washington State, New Jersey and New York City, the salary range for this role is $92,500-$171,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
