Electronic Technician Instructor - Bollinger Bootcamp

Position Summary
The Electronic Technician Instructor is responsible for developing and delivering classroom and hands-on training that prepares individuals for careers as entry-level Electronic Technicians at Bollinger Shipyards. This position combines technical expertise with instructional leadership to ensure trainees develop the knowledge, skills, and safe work practices required to install, troubleshoot, test, and maintain marine electrical and electronic systems. The instructor serves as a mentor throughout the Bootcamp, helping participants successfully transition from training into the shipyard workforce.
