Electronics Test Technician (Production Testing & Troubleshooting)

About the Role

We are currently hiring Electronics Test Technicians to support production testing, troubleshooting, calibration, and validation of electronic systems and assemblies. This role is ideal for candidates with electronics manufacturing, production testing, or troubleshooting experience who enjoy hands-on technical work in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates with experience using electronic test equipment, performing failure analysis, and supporting manufacturing operations are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Perform production testing on electronic assemblies and completed units
  • Conduct functional testing, troubleshooting, and failure analysis
  • Detect and isolate faulty or malfunctioning electronic components
  • Operate manual, semi-automated, and automated test stations
  • Adjust, calibrate, and verify testing equipment
  • Support troubleshooting and repair efforts as needed
  • Document test results and maintain accurate production records
  • Assist with process improvements and quality initiatives

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Technical training or electronics education preferred
  • Experience in electronics testing or manufacturing environments preferred
  • Familiarity with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and electronic test equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow test procedures and technical instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • IPC or A+ certifications are a plus
