Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Test Technician for a contract opportunity in Poway, CA, supporting advanced aerospace and defense electronics. This Level III role is ideal for a hands-on technician with strong component-level troubleshooting skills, RF electronics experience, and the ability to work with complex avionics test systems.

As an Electronic Test Technician, you will support mission-critical technology by testing, diagnosing, repairing, and validating advanced electronic assemblies and systems. Key Responsibilities

- Set up, perform, and analyze electronic tests and experiments according to established procedures while accurately documenting results.
- Troubleshoot electronic systems and assemblies down to the PWA and component level to identify and resolve faults.
- Read and interpret schematics, mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, block diagrams, technical manuals, and related documentation.
- Operate and maintain test equipment such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, power supplies, signal generators, voltmeters, and function generators.
- Repair electrical, electronic, and integrated circuits with accuracy, consistency, and attention to quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other technicians while collaborating with the team to resolve complex technical issues.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $27.00 to $38.00 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
- Location: Poway, CA.
- Schedule options:
- 1st shift: 5:00 am to 2:30 pm.
- 2nd shift: 3:00 pm to 12:30 am.
