Responsibilities :
+ Perform maintenance, tackling, and configuring of phones and associated peripherals on Avaya and Cisco Systems
+ Perform sustainment of in-room technology including WIFI, TIMELOX, and GPON equipment
+ Required to install and maintain all layer 1 infrastructure
+ Proficiency with layer 1 fiber and copper test equipment
+ Perform other tasks as assigned by management or lead technician
+ Additional Personal Protective Equipment (face shields, goggles, refillable hand sanitizers, etc.) may be required
Basic Qualifications :
+ Valid Florida state driver's license
+ Must be at least 18 years old
+ Telephony experience
+ Layer 1 experience
+ Knowledge of Cisco/Avaya voice systems and T1/Data circuits
+ Ability to terminate and solve CAT6a cabling
+ Knowledge of passive optical network (PON) and data network technologies
+ Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience with Cisco and/or Avaya environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
+ Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
+ Proficiency in standard office software programs and mobile electronic devices
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Associate degree or equivalent is preferred
+ Certification on Avaya or Cisco is preferred
Required Education :
+ High school diploma or GED

Schedule Availability: Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Schedules and start times are subject to vary.
