We are currently seeking an experienced Electronic Technician to join our team. This role focuses on diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic components down to the component level in a fast-paced production environment.
Electronic Technician – 1st Shift
Location: Antioch, TN
Pay: $20/hour(potential increase after 90 days)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Responsibilities
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic circuitry at the component level
• Perform mechanical and electronic assembly
• Hand solder circuit board assemblies using schematics and written instructions
• Inspect, test, and ensure proper functionality of repaired components
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronic repair and troubleshooting
• Experience with precision soldering (fine-pitch components)
• Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics
• Understanding of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) practices
Interview Process
Selected candidates will be required to complete an onsite soldering test during the interview process.
