Job Summary:
Our Electronic Monitoring Agents are responsible for providing accurate, timely, and ethical monitoring of individuals, fostering program compliance while contributing to the overall success of the Scram Services Division initiatives.
Duties/Responsibilities:
* Conducting client intakes, screenings and assessments.
* Managing all new referrals, including scheduling and conducting enrollments and equipment installations.
* Managing all program terminations and suspensions.
* Manage daily alerts for all monitoring technologies.
* Continuous monitoring and surveillance with timely and accurate reporting to the monitoring authorities.
* Client financial management including payment plans, payment processing, and collections
* Inventory and supply management
* Team communication and collaboration
* Technical troubleshooting and maintenance
* Travel under 15% required
