1st shift pay rate: $25.00
2nd shift pay rate: $27.00
Schedule:

1st shift: 4:00 AM – 1:30 PM or 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM

2nd shift: 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Job type: Contract/Temporary.

Location: Poway, CA.

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Assembler for a contract/temporary opportunity in Poway, CA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented manufacturing professional with hands-on experience assembling electronic and mechanical components, including cables, harnesses, chassis, printed circuit boards, panels, LRUs, batteries, and servo motors.

The Electronic Assembler will work in a structured production environment where quality, safety, precision, and teamwork are essential. This is a strong opportunity to contribute to high-quality technical assembly work in a stable, process-driven setting with supportive leadership, clear procedures, and the opportunity to work alongside skilled production and engineering professionals.

Successful candidates will bring solid LRU assembly experience, strong hand tool proficiency, the ability to follow engineering documentation, and a commitment to producing accurate, reliable assemblies that meet specification requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble electronic and mechanical components, assemblies, and subassemblies according to established procedures and specifications.
- Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, and related assembly tasks.
- Complete mechanical assembly work involving panels, LRUs, batteries, servo motors, chassis, cables, harnesses, and printed circuit boards.
- Set up, adjust, disassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble assemblies or subassemblies while maintaining required tolerances.
- Monitor and verify quality in accordance with control procedures, engineering drawings, wire lists, and production standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following established operating procedures and safety practices.
