Work Schedule

The work takes place in two shifts:

Working hours: • Morning shift: 6:00 AM - 2:50 PM • Afternoon shift: 2:40 PM - 12:00 AM • During the afternoon shift on Friday: 2:40 PM - 9:20 PM

You work with precision and can operate in an environment where accuracy is essential. You are technically minded, hands-on, and highly motivated.

Hard Skills

• VMBO/MBO education in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics • Ability to read technical drawings and digital work instructions • Solid soldering skills or willingness to learn • Ability to read and understand Dutch and English • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system

Soft Skills

• Very precise when working with small components • Good fine motor skills and strong attention to detail • Analytical and able to solve problems when deviations occur • Team-oriented but also capable of working independently • Strong sense of responsibility for quality and safety • Eager to learn and open to new techniques and IPC training • Stress-resistant and flexible when priorities shift
