Description

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing medical device manufacturer who is hiring an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician (Level I & II) to join their team. This is a contract-to-hire position working 6am–4:30pm, Monday–Thursday.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical assemblies and finished products
  • Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliancePerform functional testing and document results
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve non-functioning units and defects
  • Complete required documentation and inspection forms accurately
  • Support team members with troubleshooting and training as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and assembly instructions
  • Experience with hand tools, wiring, cables, and PCB components
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using computers, test equipment, and basic measuring tools
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and handle detailed work
