Help keep a high‑performing manufacturing operation running at peak efficiency by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment.
How you'll contribute
- Install and service production machines and plant equipment across mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Respond quickly to unplanned equipment failures; execute scheduled maintenance during service windows.
- Interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders to plan tasks accurately.
- Diagnose faults, repair or replace components, test, and adjust for reliable operation.
- Execute preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
- Use a full range of hand/power tools, electric meters, and material‑handling gear.
- Identify abnormal operations or defective materials and report promptly to supervision.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and compliant work area.
- Perform basic machinist duties to support timely repairs.
- Conduct hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs on production machinery.

Work setting
Manufacturing floor with exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration, fumes/airborne particles, and loud noise.
Physical capabilities
- Regularly talk and hear; ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb throughout the shift.
- Lift and/or move items frequently over 75 pounds.
- Vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Schedule
Full‑time; 8‑hour days, Monday–Friday.
Minimum qualifications
- High school diploma/GED plus completion of a craft apprenticeship, or equivalent education and production maintenance experience.
- 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills.
Preferred qualifications
- AA in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
- Vacuum furnace background.
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and HVAC.
- 1–2 years of CNC repair (preferred).
- Familiarity with CMMS/work order platforms such as MaintainX or FMX.
