Could this be you?

  • Do you enjoy installing, servicing, and optimizing automated manufacturing equipment?
  • Are you confident reading schematics and troubleshooting with meters, diagrams, and manuals?
  • Can you switch seamlessly between urgent repairs and scheduled preventive maintenance?
  • Do you like writing or refining SOPs and coaching teammates?
  • Are you comfortable working across mechanical, electrical/electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and vacuum systems?

What you’ll tackle

  • Perform equipment installations, PMs, and corrective repairs for in-line optical processing assets.
  • Pinpoint root causes, replace components, and verify performance to spec using standard test equipment and documentation.
  • Create and update standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Inspect, calibrate, and repair both production and support systems.
  • Provide direction and training to individuals or small groups as needed.

All tasks are completed to established standards and in compliance with company policies, with dependable attendance, overtime availability, and schedule flexibility.

What you bring

  • 1–2 years’ maintenance experience in production; optical equipment exposure is a plus.
  • Foundational mechanical and electrical capability.
  • Experience with schematics; HVAC and/or welding preferred (not required).
  • Basic math and computer proficiency.
  • Clear communication, strong organization, and sharp attention to detail.

Work realities

  • On your feet most of the shift (standing/walking).
  • Regular interaction with chemicals; some areas can be wet, dirty, or have strong odors.
  • Lift and move up to 30 lbs. to waist height regularly.
  • Overtime flexibility driven by customer needs.
