Role snapshot

• Read and follow manuals, drawings, and schematics
• Stage materials, parts, and tools for efficient builds
• Measure precisely; fit and route components to spec
• Modify or select parts based on measurements and requirements
• Assemble subcomponents into complete, complex harnesses
• Perform quality checks to ensure every unit meets standards

What you’ll need

• Assembler experience preferred
• Comfort reading blueprints/drawings; strong technical acumen
• Knowledge of quality control fundamentals
• Excellent coordination and physical readiness
• High school diploma or GED (required); technical school education valued

Schedules and starting pay

• 1st Shift — $17.00/hr
  • First 30 days (choose one): 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM; 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM; or 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Monday–Friday; after 30 days, work every other Saturday
  • After 30 days: 9- or 10-hour shifts (e.g., 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
  • Mandatory overtime after 30 days
• 2nd Shift — $17.50/hr
  • 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday–Thursday
  • Overtime on Fridays after 30 days (typically 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM)
