Electromechanical Assembly TechnicianPosition SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembly Technician to build, test, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electromechanical assemblies. In this role, you will work from engineering drawings, written procedures, and verbal instructions to assemble subcomponents and systems to specification. You will also perform functional testing, identify issues, and collaborate with senior technicians and engineering teams to support continuous process improvements.What You’ll Do
Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components using engineering drawings and work instructions
Perform documented testing at the subassembly level to validate performance and functionality
Troubleshoot assemblies and complete repairs or corrective actions as needed
Test systems, subassemblies, and components under specified conditions, including cold-temperature environments
Partner with senior technicians and engineering teams to identify process and performance improvements
Use and configure PCs in a Windows-based environment to support testing and documentation
Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the assembly and testing process
What You Bring
High school diploma or GED required
3+ years of experience assembling and testing electromechanical systems
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and record-keeping abilities
Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn
Ability to manage priorities and meet production deadlines
